MY LAST DAY MEALS
I'm going to talk about my last day meals:
Yesterday, for breakfast, I ate milk with Cola-Cao and some bread rolls with chocolate. To snack in the school, I took a banana for the first break and some biscuits for the second break. For lunch, I ate purée of vegetables and "Sajonia" steaks. In the afternoon, I took a glass of milk with chocolate biscuits and for dinner, I ate pizza of chorizo.
CONCLUSION: I think that I can introduce one piece of fruit in each meal and reduce the chocolate. For breakfast, I can change it by orange juice and some toasts. For dinner, I can introduce some fish or meat.
